Yahoo presenting some some powerful search features in Yahoo Mail that take you to precisely what you're searching for, quicker. Your inbox is similar to an advanced memory that holds so much data you think about - photographs, videos, documents, travels plans, shopping plans and much more.

New search results page for better navigation In Yahoo

In the Yahoo search bar, enter the any keywords or select a contact name from the drop down list. You'll then see the new results page that gives you a chance to see the messages, photographs and documents with that keyword or from that contact. If you are interested to search for the contact name then you can also select to view photos, documents, messages which were sent from that person or to person or all that contain that contact.

Sort emails by relevance instead of date

Yahoo develop a new program that helps you locate the most applicable results speedier for any search. So try to changing "Sorted by Date" to "Sorted by Relevance" on the right half of the yahoo search page.

Personalized spell correction

If you might search for “document” in your messages, but you may have received emails with “document” misspelled. The new spelling correction will search and show your intended results for messages containing “document” and “document.”
